I never would have thought being near an airport could be so quiet!!! The hotel was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are large and the balcony gave great view of the beach. The staff was so friendly and really made you feel like you were a local. The color of the water is teal green and the sand soft and white. All this and only five minutes from downtown, which is worth a look for the shopping, and some really cool restaurants. If you prefer to stay and eat at the hotel then you will find the food and staff are excellent. I would definitely go back!!!

Just returned from a great holiday with my friend at Emerald Beach. We had a fabulous time and it was a great location so close to the airport, yet the surrounding was peaceful and beautiful. We loved the hotel and the rooms were spacious and had a great view overlooking the bay. The restaurant was pricey but the food was good and there are excellent options for quick bits at the outdoor patio bar at a very fair price. All in all we had a great time and the staff were really friendly which I heard was a problem at some other resorts. If you want a good value resort with great facilities (the pool is great), and super friendly staff then we would really recommend Emerald Beach.
