October 2009 - Guestroom Beachfront Boston
A wonderful property that is a true resort unlike some other hotels claim to be. We experiences a high level of service and warmth from the staff onsite and got along very well with another family staying there during our trip. I would give the food and beverage top marks as well as the beautiful grounds. Our accommodations were simple as we like them to be and well kept. This was a great recommendation from the agent at MyVirginIslands.com. We will be returning next year.

Caneel Bay is a very unique resort that has some of the most beautiful beaches and backdrops we have ever seen. This being said it is unique and not for everybody. We did not find it chic or over the top luxurious as we had the impression, it was rather simplistic and peaceful which turned out to be a true pleasure for us. The staff are ready to take care of you but also leave you to be. While the rooms are not super luxurious, they are still very upmarket for the Caribbean in comparison to some other properties we have visited. Even though you have the wonderful feeling of isolation and peace, it was only a short taxi ride into the small town nearby. We would recommend this resort for people wanting to relax, couples, naturalists or anybody that really appreciates the environment they are staying in.

August 2009 - Guestroom Courtside Kentucky
The property is on nearly 200 acres and has several restaurants and private beaches. Many of the rooms are beachfront, although with our budget we chose the Courtside which was not far at all from the beachfront. The decor is sophisticated but casual. The service was impeccable. This is a place to completely relax and unwind. There were no phones or TV's in the room. The restaurants are fantastic including the buffet Brunch. The prices are on the high side but worth every penny and very deserving of its Leading Hotels of the World status.

My wife and I just returned from our recent trip to Caneel Bay Resort on St. John and had an absolutely wonderful time. It was one of the best vacations I have every had! Thank you (Nenna) for doing such a great job booking our trip. I will definitely look into booking additional trips through "My Virgin Islands" in the future and will recommend you to my friends.
